Cheviot Company Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 27

The Board of Directors of Cheviot Company Ltd at their meeting held on 25th May 2023 have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 27/- (270%) per ordinary share on 60,16,875 fully paid-up ordinary shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 16,24,55,625/- (Rupees Sixteen Crores Twenty-Four Lakhs Fifty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five only) for the year ended 31st March 2023, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM) of the Company convened to be held on Friday, 11th August 2023.

Shares of CHEVIOT CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1167.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1162.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 340 in over 75 trades.
