Hazoor Multi Projects Limited has secured a Letter of Award (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to serve as the contractor for user fee collection at the Balenahalli fee plaza.

Project Details

The one-year domestic contract covers the four-lane section of NH-150A from Challakere to Hiriyur (Existing Chainage Km 359.120 to Km 411.560; Design Chainage Km 358.500 to Km 414.205) in Karnataka, specifically at Design Km 397.400. Responsibilities include toll collection via competitive e-tender bidding, plus upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks with replenishment of consumables.

Contract Value and Terms

Valued at ₹44,23,80,000 (₹44.24 crore), the project is a non-related party transaction with no promoter or group company interests. Awarded through transparent competitive bidding, it aligns with NHAI's infrastructure operations.

This order strengthens Hazoor Multi Projects' portfolio in highway toll management and ancillary services, contributing stable revenue over the next year.
