Seamec Ltd updates on chartered hire of Seamec Princess

SEAMEC LIMITED's vessel "SEAMEC PRINCESS" is chartered hire to M/s. Supreme Offshore Construction & Technical Services Limited for working in ONGC Oilfield, West Coast of India for carrying out jobs related to SAT Diving and AIR Diving for Contract of ONGC.

The firm period is for approximately 4 days with option for extension on mutually agreed terms and has commenced is charter with effect from Saturday, 14th February 2026 at 21:30 hrs.

The total value of the contract is approximately USD 460,000 exclusive of GST.

Shares of Seamec Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1383.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1371.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3612 in over 392 trades.
