Route Mobile Ltd board declares 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Route Mobile Limited ('Company') at its meeting held today i.e. January 26, 2023 have declared the Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the F.Y 2022-23.

February 7, 2023 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.

The Interim Dividend approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Thursday, January 26, 2023, will be paid to the Members on or before Wednesday, February 22, 2023.

Shares of ROUTE MOBILE LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1246.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1229.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48089 in over 5079 trades.
