TD Power Systems Ltd fixes Nov 1, 2022 as record date for stock split

TD Power Systems Limited has fixed Tuesday, November 1, 2022 as Record Date for determining the eligibility of Shareholders for the purpose of subdivision/split of each Equity Share having face value of Rs.10/- each into five Equity Shares having face value of Rs.2/- each, as approved by the shareholders at their meeting held on 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 27, 2022.
