Allied Digital Services Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Allied Digital Services Limited at their meeting held today i.e. May 18, 2022, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity share having face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. If approved, the Dividend shall be paid on or before August 27, 2022.
