APM Finvest Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of directors of APM Finvest Ltd has recommended Dividend at the rate of 10% (Ten per cent) on the Equity Share capital of the company, i.e., Rs. 0.20 (Rupees Twenty paise only) per Equity share of Face Value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each, for the Financial Year ended March 3l, 2022, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
