BSL Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.2

The Board of Directors of BSL Ltd, at its Meeting held on Friday, 13th May, 2022, has approved and recommended the dividend on Equity Shares at the rate Rs. 1.2/- per share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual Qeneral Meeting of the Company. The Dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the declaration at the Annual General Meeting.
