Windsor Machines Commences Production at New Rajkot Facility

Windsor Machines Limited has substantially completed shifting its pipe extrusion and blown film machines manufacturing from GIDC Vatva, Ahmedabad (Plots 5403, 5404, 5405) to the new state-of-the-art integrated facility at Chibhda, Rajkot (Survey No. 1147-1149, 1177).

The Manufacturing operations commenced at the new Rajkot plant effective March 31, 2026, following earlier transition of injection moulding machines from Chhatral.

Residual operations at Vatva Plot 5402 remain; full relocation expected by June 30, 2026.

Shares of Windsor Machines Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 203.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 215.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4419 in over 86 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 218.95 and intraday low of 199.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 920569.00.
