Emami Limited to Acquire Full Ownership of Axiom Ayurveda

Emami Limited's Board approved the purchase of ~73.5% stake in associate company Axiom Ayurveda Private Limited (AAPL) for up to Rs 200 crore cash consideration.

Currently holding ~26.5% stake, Emami will acquire the balance to make AAPL its wholly-owned subsidiary by June 30, 2026. AAPL specializes in healthy beverages featuring aloe vera pulp-fruit blends, plus personal care products contributing 15-20% of branded business.

Incorporated November 14, 2019 in Haryana (CIN: U24304HR2019PTC083572), AAPL reported consolidated turnover of Rs 110 Cr (FY25), Rs 107 Cr (FY24), and Rs 129 Cr (FY23). Founders Rishabh Gupta and Alisha Gupta; registered office in Ambala Cantt, Haryana.

Shares of Emami Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 393.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 394.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39981 in over 1901 trades.
