Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited has received approval under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) for its Copper Clad Laminates (CCL) Project.
The approval letter was formally received by the Managing Director, Vijay Sanghavi, from the Hon'ble Minister of Railways, Electronics & IT, and Information & Broadcasting, Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw ji , on 30th March, 2026, in New Delhi.
Under this approval:
- Ratnaveer shall establish one of India's first fully integrated Copper Clad Laminates manufacturing facilities in Vadodara, Gujarat.
- The Company will undertake a planned investment of approximately ₹338 Crore over the next three years.
- The project aims to enable complete integration and strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities in critical electronic components.
Project Progress:
- The project has already commenced, and the Company expects commencement of commercial operations by November 2026.
- Machines have been ordered and procurement is underway.
- Civil work has started in full swing.
- Technical collaboration has been established with an industry-leading machinery manufacturer.
This initiative forms part of a larger national vision focused on achieving 100% import substitution and positioning India as a global manufacturing hub for electronics.

The project is aligned with policy frameworks of both the Central and State Governments, including the Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) by the Ministry of Electronics & IT and the Gujarat Electronics Policy (2022-2028), facilitated by the Department of Science & Technology (DST) under the Gujarat State Electronics Mission (GSEM).
Shares of Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 130.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 136.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20783 in over 465 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 137.80 and intraday low of 129.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2765359.00.
