Bengal Tea and Fabrics Ltd has entered into an agreement for sale of company's bunglow situated at Asarwa House, Dr. Balwantrai Mehta Marg, Shahibaug Ahmedabad, Gujarat for a consideration of Rs. 31 crores (Rupees Thirty One Crores Only) from OM Infragreen LLP, Ahmedabad Gujarat.
