Mr. Govind Ram Patodia, Managing Director, has tendered his resignation as a Managing Director of Paramone Concepts Limited with effect from October 13, 2021 due to his personal reasons.

Mr. Govind Ram Patodia has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons other than those provided above.
