Lovable Lingerie Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Lovable Lingerie Ltd at its meeting held on August 10, 2021, have recommended the payment of dividend @ 5% on face value i.e. Re. 0.50/- (Fifty paisa) per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend shall be paid on before 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of Lovable Lingerie Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 112.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 118.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7138 in over 550 trades.
