Care Ratings Limited board recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Care Ratings Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held on Saturday, June 12, 2021 have recommended, subject to the approval of shareholders, a final dividend of Rs. 6.00/- (Rupees Six only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for the Financial Year 2020-21.
