Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors of Garware Hi-Tech Films Ltd at its meeting held on May 27, 2021, has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) (100%) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only) for the financial year 2020-21, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
