Andhra Paper Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 5 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Andhra Paper Ltd at its meeting held on May 11, 2021, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5 per share (50% on face value of Rs.10 per share).

The dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on August 12, 2021, will be paid within 30 days from the declaration of dividend at Annual General Meeting, as provided under the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of Andhra Paper Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.241.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 232.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16881 in over 1005 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 244.6 and intraday low of 226.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4064860.
