Adani Transmission Limited board to announce fund raising, Q4, FY21 results on May 6, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Adani Transmission Limited is scheduled on 06/05/2021, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021.

The Board of Directors at the said meeting will also consider to renew enabling limit to raise funds by issue of Equity Shares / Convertible Bonds through Qualified Institutional Placement [QIP] / GDR / ADR / FCCBs / FCEBs / Convertible Securities.

The Trading Window Closure Period will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 6th May, 2021.
