Sky Industries Ltd allots 2,50,000 shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of the Sky Industries Limited ("Company") at its Meeting held today i.e. April 27, 2021, has approved the allotment of 2,50,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 29.25 per Equity Share upon the conversion of 2,50,000 Warrants, to Mr. Shailesh S. Shah, Promoter & Managing Director of the Company.

Pursuant to allotment of aforesaid mentioned Equity Shares, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital stands increased from Rs. 5,54,87,450 to Rs. 5,79,87,450.

Shares of SKY INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.70.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 67.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5497 in over 20 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 70.7 and intraday low of 70.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 388637.
