Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Limited declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, February 09, 2021 have declared third interim dividend of Re. 0.20/- (Rupee Twenty Paisa) per share i.e. @ 20% per equity share having face value of Rs. 1/- each for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The record date for reckoning shareholders entitled to receive the third interim dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 will be Friday, February 19, 2021.
