Ashima Limited to enter into Real Estate business

The Board of Directors of Ashima Limited in its meeting held today i.e. 20th November,2O2O, has decided to adopt a new line of business and plan to enter into Real Estate Business. The company has its own land as well as it can identify new lands for development purpose.

The company will be able to manage this new business line with required expertise, skillset and resources and is confident that it shall be able to establish a profitable real estate business.

The company is planning to earmark initially about Rs. 40 crores from internal cash resources.

Shares of ASHIMA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.8.97 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 148738 in over 63 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.97 and intraday low of 8.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1333963.
