Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited board declares interim dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited at its meeting held today, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.50/- (i.e. 175%) per Equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2019-20.

The Company has already fixed Friday, 13th March, 2020 as record date for the aforesaid purpose. The Dividend so declared on equity shares, shall be paid on or before 31 st March, 2020.

Shares of KALPATARU POWER TRANSMISSION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.330.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 333.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10583 in over 753 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 334 and intraday low of 319.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3413259.
