Oricon Enterprises Ltd's subsidiary enters into co-operation agreement with Pelliconi

Oriental Containers Ltd. wholly owned subsidiary of Oricon Enterprises Ltd has entered into a 'CO-OPERATION AGREEMENT' with PELLICONI C. & S.P.A, Italy for jointly developing closure business in Indian market by implementing new business lines besides the products manufactured by Oriental Containers Ltd.

Pelliconi is one of the world's leading companies in the manufacture of closures (mainly metal crown, aluminium ring pull and Maxi P closures) for the developed industries.

Shares of ORICON ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.59.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 60.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 237765 in over 765 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 61.8 and intraday low of 59.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14289730.
