Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd inducts nominee director of GSFC

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd (GIPCL) has vide Resolution passed by Circulation on April 07, 2016 noted the nomination of Shri V V Vachhrajani vice Shri V D Nanavaty by GSFC as its Nominee Director on the Board of GIPCL with effect from March 28, 2016.
