Kranti Industries Ltd commissions newly leased machine shop facility

Kranti Industries Limited has commenced commercial operations at its newly leased machine shop facility (Plant 4) with effect from January 01, 2026.

The said facility is located at Plot Nos. A-2 to A-4, Udyog Vihar, Village Sargoth, Tehsil Reengus (Srimadhopur), District Sikar, Rajasthan - 332404, and has been taken on lease pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding entered into with Universal Autofoundry Limited ("UFL").

The Plant 4 admeasures approximately 35,160 square feet and is equipped with the necessary machinery, utilities, and infrastructure to undertake machining operations.

Shares of Kranti Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 77.32 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 76.69. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6586 in over 154 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 79.21 and intraday low of 75.69. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 513342.00.
