Atul Auto Ltd posts 15.93% growth in December 2025 sales

Atul Auto Limited, a prominent player in the three-wheeler segment, reported a strong December 2025 performance across its product lines, marking a solid finish to the year. The company's total sales for December 2025 rose by 15.93% year-on-year (YoY) to 2,925 units, from 2,523 units in December 2024. For the financial year FY25-26, total sales stood at 23,637 units, up 4.37% from 22,647 units in FY24-25.

Segment highlights for December 2025 (Domestic + Exports)

3W - IC Engine: 2,339 units in December 2025, up 12.67% from 2,076 in December 2024.

EV - L3: 458 units in December 2025, up 29.38% from 354 in December 2024.

EV - L5: 128 units in December 2025, up 37.63% from 93 in December 2024.

Total December: 2,925 units (+15.93% YoY).

Segment highlights for FY25-26 (Year-to-Date)

3W - IC Engine: 17,587 units in FY25-26, up 9.41% from 16,075 in FY24-25.

EV - L3: 4,866 units in FY25-26, down 14.06% from 5,662 in FY24-25.

EV - L5: 1,184 units in FY25-26, up 30.11% from 910 in FY24-25.

Total FY25-26: 23,637 units, up 4.37% from 22,647 in FY24-25.

Note: The EV-L5 figures include 127 vehicle units produced by Atul Greentech Private Limited, the company's subsidiary.

The IC Engine 3W segment continues to be a mainstay for Atul Auto, delivering steady YoY growth in December and contributing meaningfully to the annual total.

The electric vehicle lines (L3 and L5) show continued momentum, with L3 posting robust growth in December and L5 also expanding, underscoring the company's strategic push into electrified three-wheelers.

The overall year-to-date performance reflects a balanced mix of traditional IC engine sales and accelerating EV adoption, even as FY26 saw a slight year-on-year dip in EV-L3 while EV-L5 strengthened.

Shares of Atul Auto Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 474.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 439.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 172483 in over 4261 trades.
