Ambalal Sarabhai Board to consider restructuring

Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following proposals:

1. Transfer of Sarabhai Chemicals - Bulk Drug Division to its wholly owned subsidiary Synbiotics Ltd.

2. Transfer of Electronics division (Systronics & Telerad) of ASE to Systronics India Ltd.

3. Disposal of some industrial land at Vadodara.
