Bondada Engineering Ltd receives NOA from NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd

Bondada Engineering Limited has received a prestigious Notification of Award (NOA) from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited for the EPC Package for Development of 250 MW Solar PV Project with 50 MW/200 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project at Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh.

This significant order from one of India's leading public sector renewable energy companies underscores Bondada's growing stature as a trusted partner in the nation's clean energy transition. The award reflects the continued confidence of a marquee PSU customer in the Company's engineering excellence, project execution capabilities, and proven track record of successfully delivering largescale renewable energy infrastructure projects.

With this order, Bondada's Solar EPC order book has expanded to ~ 5.5 GWp, while its BESS order book has increased to ~ 1.1 GWh. The strengthened order book enhances revenue visibility, provides strong execution momentum, and establishes a robust platform for sustainable growth in the years ahead.

The project is expected to make a meaningful contribution to the Company's future revenues, profitability, and long-term value creation for shareholders.

The order size is Rs. 1338,03,29,049/- (Rupees Thirteen Hundred and Thirty-Eight Crores Three Lakh Twenty Nine Thousand and Forty Nine Only) (inclusive of GST)
