Ad-Manum Finance Board to consider Dividend

Ad-Manum Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 27, 2007 to transact the following businesses:

1. To approve the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend payment of dividend (if any).

3. To approve the Draft Notice of 21st Annual General Meeting alongwith explanatory statement.

4. To approve the renewal of appointment of Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal, Managing Director of the Company for further period of 5 years.

5. To confirm the renewal of appointment of Mr. Jayanta Nath Choudhury, as Whole-time- Director, designated as Director-In-Charge for further period of 2 years.
