Ceejay Finance Board recommends 10% dividend

Ceejay Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 10% on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.50, down by Rs.0.50 or 3.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.51 and low of Rs.12.50. The total traded quantity was 101 compared to 2 week average of 949.
