Unity Infraprojects clarifies on news regarding QIP issue

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "QIP talk puts Unity Infra stock in play", Unity Infraprojects Ltd has clarified that the Company has no Capital Raising Programme including by way of Qualified Institutional Placements by the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.598.05, down by Rs.8.45 or 1.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.624 and low of Rs.598.05. The total traded quantity was 36292 compared to 2 week average of 51637.
