Srinivasa Shipping & Property Development Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 23, 2007 to July 27, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
