Nitco Tiles equity shareholders to approve Composite Scheme of Arrangement

Nitco Tiles Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on June 15, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between the Company, Nitco Realties Pvt Ltd ('NRPL'), Shark Properties Pvt Ltd ('SPPL')and Motivation Properties Pvt Ltd ('MPPL') and their respective Shareholders and Creditors ("the Scheme").
