Modern Engineering and Projects Ltd receives order from Tata Steel

Modern Engineering and Projects Limited has received Work Order from TATA STEEL LIMITED for the Construction of Priority Bituminous Trunk Road for NEELACHAL ISPAT NIGAM LIMITED expansion Project.

This is an Item Rate Agreement and payment shall be regulated as per the actual quantities executed. Estimated Contract Price (#Contract Price#) under this Agreement is Rs. 600,000,000.00 (Rupees Sixty Crores Only). The estimated Contract Price is net of GST. Any and all other taxes, duties, levies, cess etc. are included in the Item Rates. For the purpose of clarity, it is emphasized that the Employer shall reimburse only the applicable GST thereto against submission of the acceptable documents as the proof of such payments to the statutory authorities by the Contractor. Any and all other taxes, duties, levies, cess etc. as may be applicable to perform the Works / Agreement / Obligations by the Contractor shall be to his account are deemed to be included in the Contact Rates (Schedule of Item Rates).
