GHV Infra Projects Ltd inks construction contract worth Rs. 1250 crores

GHV Infra Projects Limited ("the Company") has entered into a Construction Contract with APCO Infratech Private Limited for execution of construction works, including survey and investigation, design, engineering, procurement, construction, supply of plant and materials, maintenance, temporary works and all other activities necessary for completion of the project, for its allocated scope in connection with the development of expressway connectors from Jalna to Nanded, Maharashtra.

The consideration as per construction contract is Rs. 1,250 (Rupees One Thousand and Two Fifty) Crores excluding taxes. The construction period shall be 30 (Thirty) months.
