Bombay Burmah Board to consider dividend

Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Corporation and payment of dividend on equity shares, for the year ended March 31, 2007.
