Panasonic Home Board to recommend dividend

Panasonic Home Appliances India Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the fourth quarter results and audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007, and also to consider recommendation of dividend if any for the said financial year.
