HUL assigns Leasehold Rights of "Gulita" situated at Worli Sea Face, Mumbai for Rs.452.5 crore

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) and entities of Piramal Realty (Ajay Piramal Group) have signed an agreement for assignment of HUL's leasehold rights of the land and building named "Gulita" situated at Worli Sea Face, Mumbai, for a transaction value of Rs. 452.5 Crores (Rupees Four Hundred and Fifty Two Crores and Fifty lakhs only). The consideration includes both fixed and variable components.

The stock closed the day at Rs.399.55, down by Rs.4.35 or 1.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.403.75 and low of Rs.398.40.

The total traded quantity was 0.77 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.93 lakhs.
