Welspun Corp Limited has sold remaining 6.1% equity stake in Nauyaan Shipyard Private Limited

Welspun Corp Limited has sold the remaining 6.1% equity shares of Nauyaan Shipyard Private Limited ("NSPL") to Nauyaan Tradings Private Limited (wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Strategic Business Ventures Limited), at a consideration of Rs. 45.32 Crores including net current assets and adjustments, and subject to any subsequent adjustements for expenses to the account of the Company.

Consequently, the Company is now not holding any shares in NSPL.

Shares of Welspun Corp Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 890.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 894.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5276 in over 488 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 898.30 and intraday low of 886.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4706164.00.
