Bharat Electronics Board to consider Interim Dividend for 2011-2012

Bharat Electronics Ltd has announced with reference to the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on January 27, 2012, for approving the quarterly unaudited results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2011, that at the same meeting on January 27, 2012, the Board of Directors of the Company will also be considering declaration of interim dividend (for 2011-2012) to the equity shareholders of the Company.
