Modern Engineering and Projects Ltd allots equity shares on rights basis

The Right Issue Committee of Modern Engineering and Projects Limited has its meeting held on today i.e. September 30, 2024 approved the allotment of equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid at issue price of Rs.40/- per equity share including security premium of Rs.30/- per right equity share.

Consequently, the said allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company is 1,54,50,000 equity shares (Rs. 15,45,00,000).
