Komoline Electronics Private Ltd, Ahmedabad through sale of Company's equity investment held in that company for a consideration of Rs. 5 crores. M/s. Komoline Electronics Private Ltd is no more a subsidiary company of Astra Microwave Products Ltd with effect from July 30, 2011.
