Jubilant FoodWorks Secures 15-Year Domino's Franchise Renewal for India

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (JFL) has announced a major strategic milestone with the renewal of its exclusive Master Franchise Agreement (MFA) with Domino's Pizza International Franchising Inc. (DPIF). The new agreement, signed on March 31, 2026, grants JFL the exclusive rights to develop and operate Domino's Pizza stores in India for a tenure of 15 years.

The agreement also includes a provision for a further renewal of 10 additional years, ensuring long-term brand continuity. Beyond the Indian market, JFL has also successfully renewed its exclusive franchise rights for Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. New agreements for these regions will be executed following a similar structure to the Indian MFA.

This renewal reinforces JFL's position as a dominant player in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment across South Asia. The agreement covers the right to use Domino's trademarks, proprietary processes, and intellectual property, while also allowing JFL to maintain and expand its robust supply chain and distribution infrastructure.
