Oberoi Realty Ltd inks agreement for redevelopment of land at Malabar Hill

Oberoi Realty Limited has today entered into a Development Agreement for redevelopment of land admeasuring ~1,740 square meters, situated at Malabar Hill, Mumbai (said land).

The said land is proposed to be developed along with other adjoining society/ies under the cluster development scheme, and the Company's entitlement of free sale component from the said land is estimated to be upto ~51,000 square feet (RERA Carpet area), subject to the provisions of Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2034 and applicable law.

Shares of Oberoi Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1417.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1459.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21456 in over 2713 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1472.70 and intraday low of 1406.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30969325.00.
