Hatsun Agro Product Board to consider Sub-division of equity shares

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Hatsun Agro Product Ltd will be held on August 01, 2011, to consider and take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.

The Board will consider sub-dividing the Equity Shares of the Company into such smaller denomination as in the opinion of the Board would be appropriate, subject to the approval of the members in General Meeting.

Consequent to the above, to consider the Amendmend of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association. The Board will also fix time, date and venue for the Annual General Meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.175, down by Rs.4.50 or 2.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.189.95 and low of Rs.173.85.

The total traded quantity was 1994 compared to 2 week average of 1593.
