Tyco Electronics acquires ADC India Communications Ltd's parent company

ADC India Communications Ltd has now announced with reference to earlier announcement dated July 15, 2010, that on December 09, 2010 Tyco Electronics Ltd, a Swiss corporation, completed its previously announced acquisition of ADO Telecommunications, Inc., a Minnesota corporation and the parent company of ADC India Communications Ltd.

The stock closed the day at Rs.126.05, down by Rs.6.45 or 4.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.135 and low of Rs.126.

The total traded quantity was 2026 compared to 2 week average of 1629.
