Aurionpro Solutions approves scheme of arrangement

Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 24, 2010, has approved the scheme of arrangement and merger of Kairoleaf Analytics Pvt. Ltd. into Aurionpro Solutions Ltd. subject to the approval of the High Court of Judicature at Mumbai and any other requisite approvals.

The stock closed the day at Rs.251, down by Rs.2 or 0.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.258.90 and low of Rs.250.10.

The total traded quantity was 1315 compared to 2 week average of 908.
