Batliboi Board approves Scheme of Amalgamation

Batliboi Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the proposed amalgamation of SPM Pvt Ltd with the Company.

The exchange Ratio of Shares would be as follows : 1 Company's Equity Share of Rs 10/- each against 21 SPM Equity Shares of Rs 100/- each.
