Provigil Surveillance Ltd receives LOA worth Rs. 6.92 crores

Provigil Surveillance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from South Central Railway, Vijayawada Division for a contract aggregating to ₹6,92,87,410.55 (Rupees Six Crore Ninety-Two Lakh Eighty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Ten and Fifty-Five Paise Only).

The project involves the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of advanced IPbased CCTV surveillance systems across multiple South Coast Railway stations, including some of the major junctions such as Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Nellore, Kakinada and Gudur along with associated Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T) infrastructure.

Beyond the execution of surveillance infrastructure, the project aligns with the Company's strategic focus on expanding its AI-enabled video surveillance, Video Management Systems (VMS), and intelligent public safety solutions across critical infrastructure. As Indian Railways continues to modernize its security ecosystem, the deployment is expected to strengthen passenger safety, enhance operational visibility, enable intelligent incident management, and support the broader adoption of AI-driven surveillance technologies across the transportation sector.

This order comes within days of another surveillance order from the same railway division, reflecting the continued confidence in the Company's execution capabilities and reinforcing the strong momentum in its railway surveillance business. It further strengthens Magellanic Cloud's growing order book in the transportation security segment while expanding its presence across critical railway infrastructure projects in India.
