Hariom Power and Energy Pvt Ltd commissions 5 MW AC Solar PV Power Project

Hariom Pipe Industries Limited's Subsidiary, M/s. Hariom Power and Energy Private Limited, has successfully completed the installation of its 5 MW AC (6 MW DC) Solar PV Power Project located at Rupur Tanda, Aunda Nagnath Taluka, Hingoli District. The project has commenced power generation and is successfully exporting electricity to the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) grid. This milestone marks a significant step forward in the Group's commitment to renewable energy and sustainable growth.

Further, the Company has submitted an application to the Superintending Engineer (O&M), MSEDCL, for issuance of the Project Commissioning Certificate and will subsequently submit declaration of the Commercial Operation Date (COD). The same are currently awaited from MSEDCL.

Shares of Hariom Pipe Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 383.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 382.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6827 in over 269 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 393.75 and intraday low of 382.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2628566.00.
